We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your clothing item(s) under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- within 14 days of delivery.
- unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at sablesrugbyshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Package the item securely and send it back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
